Norra Djurgårdsstaden – One of Stockholm’s new environmental profile areas
Stockholm is growing rapidly. Northern Djurgårdsstaden is one of Europe’s most extensive urban development areas. A total of at least 12,000 new homes and 35,000 new jobs are planned. Norra Djurgårdsstaden has also been designated as one of Stockholm’s environmentally profiled areas and is also included as a project within the Clinton Foundation’s global climate-positive development project. Kv Muddus is part of the larger project and consists of a hundred apartments spread over two houses.
In 2014, InventiAir was given the opportunity to deliver the floor unit Home to Kv Muddus. The property owner had experience of InventiAir’s technology from previous projects, and since climate-smart solutions were an important aspect, the choice came immediately to InventiAir’s solution. During the year, approximately 200 pc Home were delivered, focusing on ventilation where needed, in the living area.
